Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Wedding/Group Coordinator to orchestrate memorable events and ensure seamless execution for our clients. In this dynamic role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for wedding parties and group bookings, managing all aspects of event planning, coordination, and communication. Your passion for hospitality, exceptional organizational skills, and ability to negotiate and upsell will drive guest satisfaction and revenue growth. Join us to create extraordinary experiences while showcasing your expertise in event management, client relations, and team leadership.

Sales/Event Coordinator Responsibilities and Duties

Maintain Flexible schedule to accommodate Guest's needs,

Manage and administer schedules of business service areas.

Coordinate and consult client group representatives to know required service details.

Resolve conflicts by recommending and providing the alternative solutions.

Manage and streamline group & wedding activities including additional costs for the event.

Head, lead and direct staff in preparation of guest rooms, meeting rooms, shuttle scheduling, and food catering requirement for a successful event coordination.

Attend to guests and furnish their requirements.

Prepare contract and billing information for group reservation.

Off Property Visits to local Wedding Venues

Ensure to provide quality services to guests.

There are times you may work from home in the evenings if needed by a Bridal couples high demand. You may require to travel nearby venues to meet clients or attend events to represent hotel as needed, you will get paid for the mileage for the use of personal vehicle.

Other duties as assigned by Director of Sales and Hotel General Manager.
