Looking for a customer service job where people actually enjoy coming to work?
At First Ring BDC, you'll spend your day helping customers, scheduling appointments, and being the friendly voice that makes someone's day a little easier. We're a fast-growing company with a supportive team, modern technology, and leadership that believes in investing in its employees.
You'll enjoy a casual office environment, a predictable full-time schedule, and no automotive experience is required—we'll teach you everything you need to know.
This is NOT your typical call center.

Preferred Experience
Experience in any of these areas is a plus:

Customer Service

Appointment Scheduling

No automotive experience is required. If you have great customer service skills and a willingness to learn, we'll provide the training you need to succeed.
Qualifications

2+ years of customer service experience preferred

Possibility of Rotating Saturdays
