Full Job Description

THE ROLE

We make cable assemblies and electrical products for data center clients. Our division grew 400% in one year. We need someone who can look at how we build things today and make them fundamentally better — not someone who manages what exists, but someone who re-engineers it.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Team & operations — manage production staff, develop lead potential, own ERP data integrity, and coordinate inventory to keep production running without interruption
Production engineering — design and improve workflows from raw material to finished product; select tooling, configure workstations, and document work instructions and quality standards for every station
Problem solving — find root causes, not symptoms; track KPIs and use the data to eliminate waste, reduce rework, and improve cycle time
Regulatory & compliance — apply NEC standards to production configurations and manage UL submissions for new product approvals

WHAT WE REQUIRE

Proven leadership and team building
5+ years of hands-on manufacturing engineering in cable assembly, wire harness, or electrical manufacturing — you have set up lines, not just managed them
Working knowledge of NEC standards and UL processes — applied in practice, not theoretical
Root cause analysis is a reflex — you do not rest until you know why something failed
Lean or Six Sigma background — demonstrated application required
ERP ownership experience and strong mechanical aptitude

Pay: $74,280.46 - $89,456.04 per year
