Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic General Manager - Restaurant to lead our hospitality team with passion and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, operational excellence, and team success. Your leadership will drive the restaurant’s profitability, uphold food safety standards, and foster a vibrant, welcoming environment for both staff and guests. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated manager with a strong background in food service management and team leadership to make a lasting impact in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Duties

Lead daily restaurant operations, including managing staff schedules, shift management, and ensuring smooth service flow.
Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling processes to maintain high quality standards and compliance with food safety regulations.
Manage POS system for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation.
Control inventory levels through effective stock management, ordering, and waste reduction strategies.
Train, develop, and supervise staff members to deliver outstanding customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Conduct staff interviews, performance evaluations, and ongoing training sessions to foster a motivated team environment.
Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost control.
Ensure compliance with health codes, safety standards, and sanitation practices across all restaurant areas.
Implement food safety management protocols and monitor kitchen operations to uphold quality assurance.
Coordinate catering events, and special promotions to enhance guest engagement and revenue streams.

Experience

Proven management experience within quick service or fast food restaurants; casual dining or fine dining experience is highly desirable.
Demonstrated expertise in food production, culinary processes, and kitchen management.
Hands-on experience with POS systems; cash handling proficiency required.
Strong background in inventory control, budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and cost management.
Experience supervising teams in hospitality settings with excellent managerial communication skills.
Knowledge of food safety standards and food industry best practices; HACCP certification is a plus.
Prior experience in staff training & development, team leadership, and managing hospitality teams is essential.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service excellence.
