Full Job Description

We're two busy entrepreneurs looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping keep life organized and running smoothly.

This isn't a traditional office job where you sit behind a desk all day. Every day is a little different. One day you might be stocking the house, organizing Amazon returns, and dropping off deposits at the bank. The next day you could be helping coordinate appointments, running business errands, or prepping a simple dinner.

We're looking for someone who loves checking things off a list, notices what needs to be done without being asked, and enjoys creating order out of chaos.

If you're highly organized, dependable, and enjoy helping busy people focus on what they do best, you'll probably love this role.

What You'll Do

Household Management

Laundry and folding
Grocery shopping
Household shopping and restocking
Organizing supplies and pantry
Managing Amazon returns and exchanges
Receiving packages and mail
Light home organization
Coordinating service appointments
Basic home maintenance coordination

Meal Preparation

Simple meal prep
Washing and cutting produce
Preparing healthy grab-and-go meals
Basic cooking (nothing gourmet)

Personal & Business Errands

Bank deposits
Post office runs
Office supply shopping
Stocking snacks and beverages
Running miscellaneous errands
Picking up orders
Scheduling appointments
Light travel planning and reservations

Administrative Support

As you become familiar with how we work, this role may grow into helping with additional executive assistant responsibilities.

Schedule

This position is intentionally flexible.

There isn't a fixed daily schedule. Instead, we're looking for someone who can manage recurring weekly responsibilities while fitting them into a schedule that works for both of us.

Some weeks may require a few longer days, while others involve shorter visits spread throughout the week.
