Full Job Description

Transform Electric is hiring for a full-time Electrical Journeyman/Foreman to join our crew in St. George, UT. We are looking for an outstanding individual ready to start the next chapter of their electrical career.

What It Looks Like:

>Construction & Task Management

Oversee construction activities to ensure efficiency and quality.
Manage, create, prioritize, and execute tasks to meet project goals.

>Coordination & Communication

Subcontractors: Ensure smooth workflow and task execution.
General Contractors: Align schedules and project objectives.
Other Trades: Maintain efficiency and prevent conflicts on-site.

>Project Oversight & Safety

Maintain quality control standards.
Enforce safety protocols to protect the team and job site.
Attend virtual and in-person project meetings to stay aligned with overall progress.

>Tracking

Track project progress through Bluebeam and Google Suite.

>Resource & Equipment Management

Oversee jobsite inventory and material staging.

>Daily Work

Assess and prioritize the days work & tasks to distribute to the team.
Conduct morning crew meeting and line out crew members.
10 hours on your feet, walking, squatting, climbing and lifting.
Working with your hands, tools, materials and equipment.
Installation and documentation of all work.

Who & What We’re looking for:

A Self Motivated Individual: We want someone with a GREAT attitude. Positivity and being able to lead as well as collaborate with the entire team is a must.
A Proficient Learner: We are a systems and process driven company. Adapting to our environment and processes will be required.
Technologically Adept: We train our entire team to read and understand blueprints as well as digitally document throughout the project. A strong understanding of Bluebeam and Google Workspace is advantageous but we are willing to train.
Extreme Accountability: Someone who can take 100% responsibility for outcomes, behaviors, and mistakes, without excuses or blaming others.
Willing To Travel: Our St. George crew is primarily responsible for projects based in Southern UT, however, assisting our Northern UT crew and working on projects throughout the state will occasionally be required.
Passionate: Someone who loves working hard and takes pride in the success of completed projects as well as smooth flowing operations.
Goal Oriented: Someone who doesn’t settle for normality and wants to continue their electrical expertise through continued learning and experience.
Education: Holds aJourneyman-Master Certification.
Clean & Presentable: Someone who takes care of themselves and is willing and able to pass a drug test.
