Position: Front Desk Agent (AM Shift)
Shift: Morning (Typically 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM), Swing (Typically 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM), Night Audit (10:00 PM - 8:00 AM)
Pay: $13–$15/hour DOE

Overview
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests from the moment they arrive. In this vital role, you’ll be the welcoming face of our hotel, providing exceptional guest services, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Your proactive approach and friendly demeanor will set the tone for a positive stay, making every guest feel valued and cared for. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills in a vibrant resort environment.

Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression through excellent customer service and friendly communication.
Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism, offering solutions that enhance their experience.
Assist with reservation management, room assignments, and modifications to accommodate guest needs.
Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and record-keeping.
Maintain clear communication with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Uphold phone etiquette standards when answering calls, providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
Support guest relations by proactively identifying opportunities to improve their stay and resolve issues promptly.

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong focus on customer service excellence.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities to effectively communicate with diverse guests from around the world.
Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems for seamless operations.
Strong understanding of guest services, hospitality standards, and resort operations.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette.
Ability to handle night audit procedures accurately while maintaining attention to detail.
