Full Job Description

We are seeking a Line Cook to become an integral part of our team!

Professional. Personable. Hard working. Responsible.

Shift details: 3pm - 10pm, Tuesday-Saturday.

*Must be available on Friday and Saturday evenings.

Guaranteed off days: Sunday and Monday

Responsibilities:

Prepare food items to order and tend to prep cooler.
Respond to tickets in a timely fashion.
Plating and preparing multiple dishes at one time.
Maintain a clean work space.
Perform other restaurant duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Preferred experience as line cook OR previous experience in a customer service, food service, or other related field.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Preference for working on multiple tasks simultaneously.
Enjoyment of being busy and preference for a quick work pace when completing tasks.
Enjoyment of helping and supporting others.
Enjoy working with others and easily establishing connections with colleagues and clients.
Tendency to maintain focus despite distractions and boredom, and to follow through with projects until completion.
Tendency to thrive in high-pressure situations.
Tendency to be thoughtful, polite, and diplomatic in interactions with others.
Tendency to control emotional expressions and remain poised and focused, even in difficult situations.

Hourly Pay: (Pay based on experience and visible work ethic.)
