Full Job Description

About the Role:
Union Park Management is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll support the daily operations of multiple residential and commercial properties, ensuring our buildings run efficiently and that residents and vendors receive exceptional service.

The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and eager to grow in the property management field. You’ll work closely with our management team to handle maintenance requests, lease administration, tenant communications, and a variety of administrative tasks that keep our communities thriving.

Duties:
- Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate and organized files for all property-related documents
- Utilize a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track and manage property maintenance requests
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with tenants and vendors
- lease administration, including preparing lease agreements and processing lease renewals
- Coordinate and schedule property maintenance and repairs
- Assist with facilities management, ensuring that all common areas are clean and well-maintained
- Answer phone calls and emails professionally, providing information and assistance as needed

- Help with payroll and HR tasks
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

Requirements:
- Previous administrative or customer relationship management experience is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of property management software is a plus
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
