Daily responsibilities for a Tech CA (Chiropractic Assistant) at Invigorate Family Chiropractic include (no previous training is necessary):

Answering the phone & making phone calls regarding new appointments or existing appointments
Greeting each patient with a smile and calling each by name (it is essential for you to learn each patient’s name)
Performing new patient exams and re-exams for existing patients, which includes asking questions and utilizing our non-invasive CLA scan technology (you will recieve on-the-job training for this)
Scheduling appointments using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) System
Completing patient files within our EHR System
As needed: holding babies for parents while they get adjusted, reading books to kids while their parents get adjusted, high levels of interaction with our patients - essentially serving others with kindness!

Pay & Benefits:

Starting hourly wage is $17.00 + per hour, with opportunity for bonuses
Free chiropractic care for you, your spouse, and your child(ren)
3 day weekends

***While multiple shift options are available (see below), we have a greater need for coverage during afternoon hours, and preference will be given to applicants who are available at that time.

Monday: 9am-1pm, 2-7:30pm

Tuesday: 9am-12:30pm, 2-6:30pm

Wednesday: 10am-1pm, 2-6:30pm

Thursday: 8am-12:30pm, 2-6:30pm

3-4 weekends per year as overflow staffing for larger marketing events

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be age 18+ years
Must have your own, reliable transportation to and from work
Must enjoy working with other team members and interacting with patients
Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, mulit-tasking environment. : this is NOT a sitting desk job, nor is it a remote position
Must be willing to communicate with our patients daily
Must be comfortable interacting with children as we are a pediatric Chiropractic clinic
Must have basic knowledge and comfort with computers and technology (we are an electronic health office) or be willing to learn
May be required to travel up to 2 times per year (paid-for business trips)
