Position Overview
M3 Legacy Services is seeking a highly organized, professional, and motivated Business Development, Marketing & Recruiting Coordinator to support the continued growth of our company.
This hybrid position combines business outreach, lead management, social media coordination, community marketing, and recruiting support. The ideal candidate is comfortable communicating with prospective clients, building local business relationships, creating professional online content, and assisting with the hiring process.
This position will begin on a part-time basis. Candidates who successfully complete the initial 90-day introductory period and demonstrate strong performance may be considered for full-time employment, increased responsibilities, and advancement into a leadership position.

M3 Legacy Services is a growing Minnesota property services company serving residential and commercial clients throughout the Twin Cities Metro.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Research apartment communities, property management companies, commercial facilities, real estate professionals, Airbnb hosts, restoration companies, contractors, and other potential referral partners.
- Conduct professional outbound calls, emails, and follow-up communications.
- Introduce M3 Legacy Services and its service offerings to prospective clients and business partners.
- Schedule property walk-throughs, consultations, estimates, and partnership meetings.
- Conduct approved local outreach visits throughout the Twin Cities Metro.
- Deliver brochures, flyers, business cards, and other company marketing materials.
- Attend approved networking events, community events, and business meetings.
- Maintain professional relationships with prospective clients and referral partners.
- Follow up with open leads, pending estimates, and previous inquiries.
- Record outreach activities, contact information, notes, and follow-up dates in company systems.
- Help identify new neighborhoods, organizations, properties, and businesses that may benefit from M3 services.
Social Media and Digital Marketing
- Coordinate with field employees to collect approved job photos and videos.
- Respond to basic social media comments and messages or direct inquiries to the appropriate team member.
- Monitor online engagement and report common customer questions or service interests.
- Assist with requesting and monitoring customer reviews.
Administrative and Reporting Support
- Use Microsoft Teams for business calls, meetings, and internal communication.
- Maintain accurate records in Jobber, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Forms, and other approved systems.
- Submit daily or weekly reports showing outreach activity, leads generated, appointments scheduled, applications received, interviews scheduled, and social media activity.
- Track follow-up dates and ensure important communications are completed on time.
- Participate in weekly zoom meetings with company ownership.
- Communicate lead updates, applicant concerns, customer questions, and potential business opportunities promptly.
Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional telephone and email etiquette.
- Ability to communicate confidently with prospective clients, applicants, business owners, and property managers.
- Strong organization, follow-through, and time-management skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting professional follow-ups.
- Experience using social media platforms for business purposes.
- Ability to create clear and professional written content.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and online forms.
- Ability to learn Jobber and other company systems.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet access and an appropriate remote workspace.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in business development, outreach, recruiting, marketing, customer service, administrative support, property management, account management, or sales.
- Experience managing business social media accounts.
- Experience with Canva or similar design platforms.
- Experience using Indeed or another applicant tracking platform.
- Familiarity with home services, property services, cleaning, moving, real estate, or property management industries.
- Experience working with a CRM or customer management system.
Work Arrangement
This is a hybrid position that includes both remote and in-person responsibilities.
Remote work may include:
- Outbound calls and emails
- Lead follow-up
- Applicant communication

- Contact research
- Reporting and recordkeeping
- CRM and applicant tracker updates
In-person responsibilities may include:
- Visiting apartment communities and local businesses
- Delivering marketing materials
- Attending networking events
- Participating in company meetings
- Supporting hiring events
- Meeting prospective commercial clients or referral partners
Local travel throughout the Twin Cities Metro will be required based on assigned outreach activities.

- Starting pay of $22.00 per hour
