Full Job Description

Big Rush Marketing is an advertising agency with certified expertise in digital advertising and artificial intelligence. We work primarily with franchise brands, managing multi-location paid media campaigns across Google and Meta. We're a collaborative team where you'll get real ownership of client accounts, not busy work.

The Role

We're hiring an Advertising Account Strategist to manage digital ad campaigns and client relationships across our growing portfolio. The ideal candidate combines platform knowledge (Meta and Google Advertising) with strong communication skills and genuine curiosity about emerging AI tools. You'll own client relationships, build and optimize campaigns, and report on performance.

This is a role that grows with you. We value people who want to expand their skill set and take on new challenges based on their strengths and interests.

What You'll Do

Communicate directly with clients to understand their business goals and translate them into advertising strategy
Monitor campaign performance and deliver clear, actionable reporting using tools like Google Data Studio
Coordinate with our internal advertising team to align creative, strategy, and execution
Onboard new client accounts, including technical setup, strategy, and launch
Keep projects organized and moving in ClickUp (our project management system)
Actively pursue professional development and certifications (paid for by us)

Qualifications

2+ years of professional experience in digital marketing or advertising

Hands-on experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads Manager
Familiarity with Google Data Studio or similar reporting/analytics tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a small team
Willingness to learn and stay current with marketing trends, including AI tools
Experience with project management software

Nice to Have (Not Required)

Experience with franchise or multi-location advertising
Familiarity with other advertising platforms
Google Ads or Meta certification
Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, or tag management
