Full Job Description

A client of ours in McMinnville is looking to add a CNC Mill Operator to their growing manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with CNC milling experience or a strong machine operation background who is looking to grow into a CNC career. You'll be operating a Haas VF-5 CNC Mill to produce high-quality precision parts in a clean and team-oriented shop.

If you have experience with CNC programming or G-code, that's a huge plus—but it's not required. Our client is willing to train the right candidate who has solid manufacturing experience and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a Haas VF-5 CNC milling machine
Load and unload materials and monitor machine operation
Read work orders, blueprints, and part specifications
Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
Make tool offsets and minor machine adjustments as needed
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Assist with programming or setup when experience allows

Qualifications:

Previous CNC mill operation experience preferred
Any sheet metal experience is helpful
Machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment will be considered
Experience with Haas controls is a plus
G-code knowledge or CNC programming experience is a plus, but not required

Pay: $20-$25/hr DOE

Schedule: Monday–Thursday; 5:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
