Job Description

Qualified Candidates will be experienced in the Insurance Restoration field. This job requires coordination of the restoration project from start to finish. You will meet with the customer review necessary repairs and create an estimate on Xactimate. Once an approved estimate has been established, you will supervise and run each individual project with focus on sub-contractor management, adhering to a set schedule, and customer service. We pride ourselves in high quality construction and customer service. Great communication skills are a must.

Additional requirements of the Restoration Project Manager include:

Using Xactimate software to estimate residential and commercial water, fire, wind, and restoration projects
Estimating and managing reconstruction projects
Responding to property damage emergency calls
Negotiating restoration services and insurance claims settlements
Planning, organizing, and managing crews and subcontractors
Participating in design, process, and permit submittal
Completing monthly expense reports
Attending all appropriate company meetings
Attending regular company sponsored training sessions

Job Requirements

excellent problem solving skills, and must be self disciplined and organized aw well as be very dependable

Additional requirements of the Restoration Project Manager include:

Self-motivated, responsible, and accountable
Must be able to pass a background check and have a clean driving record
3 years of previous experience working as a Project Manager, in the restoration industry
General knowledge of the industry and/or product channel or the ability to quickly learn
Must have knowledge of both residential and commercial reconstruction experience
Must have a solid knowledge of Xactimate software
Strong communication and negotiation skills

Salary and Commission based upon experience
