Title: Exciting Opportunity for Sous Chef at our restaurant in ocean pines

Are you passionate about American cuisine with a fusion twist? Are you looking for an opportunity to showcase your culinary skills in an upbeat and fun atmosphere? Then we have the perfect opportunity for you.

Our new restaurant, located in the heart of West Ocean City, is set to open in March, and we are looking for a creative and hardworking Sous Chef or Chef to join our dynamic team.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Proven experience as a Sous Chef / Chef in a reputable restaurant.
- Familiarity with American cuisine and creative flair to reimagine dishes with a fusion twist.
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse kitchen staff.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development and planning of menus, ensuring the variety and quality of the servings.
- Oversee the work of kitchen staff and provide guidance as needed.
- Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
