SS&E owns and operates the San Antonio Spurs (NBA), Austin Spurs (NBA G-League), and the San Antonio FC (USL), and manages day-to-day operations of the Frost Bank Center, Toyota Field and STAR Complex.

The Content Producer develops and produces compelling digital content that elevates SS&E brands and engages fans across multiple platforms. This role plans, captures, edits, and distributes photo and video content while collaborating with internal stakeholders to support organizational initiatives and live events. The position manages projects from concept through delivery, maintains production quality standards, and contributes creative ideas that strengthen brand storytelling.

What You’ll Do:

Captures, edits, and produces engaging stories across franchise platforms
Optimizes and customizes content at all times based on platform-specific qualities to maximize engagement and help grow our fanbase; advanced knowledge of all channels (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook TikTok, X, YouTube Shorts, Reels, and Broadcast) and their unique qualities to cater for each audience
Provides support to peers; assisting with peer content reviews, contributing to discussions, and escalates any attention needs to the Director
Assists with distribution of final approved content pieces to the appropriate channel owners
Contributes to brainstorms, pitches concepts, and tests new opportunities based on trends or visions
Works with a diverse group of important internal and external partners, cross-department peers, clients and fans at all levels – as well as being a peer champion for direct teammates
Uses strong independent judgment to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload in a fast-paced sports environment
Assists in the overall operational health of the Content Team – championing the adherence to organizational processes, best practices, and standards

Who You Are:

A Bachelor’s degree, technical degree and 5 years' experience in a related field.
Extensive knowledge of Adobe Premiere as well as Photoshop and After Effects
Proven editing reel
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, Excel, Word, Power Point and other computer skills required
Experience using professional cinema cameras including RED and Sony FX cameras
Experience creating and producing branded content for sports organizations is preferred
Ability to travel as needed for business purposes
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements:

Sitting on a basketball court in small spaces, standing on the sidelines of a soccer pitch, walking up and down arena stairs, walking briskly to edit clips or run memory cards during games for content relevancy (frequent)
Constant finger dexterity is required to use a computer keyboard to complete tasks (frequent)
Sitting for long periods of time while editing (frequent)
Loading gear for production shoots, carrying gear from car to location (occasional)
Other physical requirements might arise based on the unique video shoots each season (occasional)
