Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including community outreach, networking events, and telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and increase policy sales.
Conduct comprehensive insurance consultations, explaining policy features, benefits, and coverage options clearly and confidently.
Negotiate terms with clients to secure the best possible coverage plans aligned with their needs while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and following up on policy renewals to ensure seamless service delivery.
Utilize analysis skills to assess client needs, recommend appropriate insurance products, and identify cross-selling opportunities across different lines of coverage.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and attract new customers in diverse markets.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

Skills

Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance or related industries.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making positively.
Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued for reaching diverse client bases.
Knowledge of sales administration processes and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Analytical mindset capable of assessing client needs and market trends to optimize sales strategies.
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive client information in health-related insurance products.
Effective marketing skills to promote insurance products through various channels and outreach efforts.
