Med Spa Sales Manager

Luna Allure Advanced Aesthetics — San Antonio, TX
Full-Time | Salaried (Exempt) | Multi-Location
Compensation: $45,000 – $70,000+ (Uncapped Growth Potential)
THE BEST TEAMS AREN’T BORN. THEY’RE COACHED.
Luna Allure Advanced Aesthetics is one of the fastest-growing medical spas in San Antonio — two locations, over 900 five-star reviews, three more locations opening in the next 24 months, and a guest experience built on Italian luxury and advanced clinical aesthetics.
Our treatments deliver visible, life-changing results. Our team is talented, motivated, and ready to grow. What we need now is a Sales Manager who can bring out the best in every person on our floor — someone who coaches with clarity, leads with energy, and builds a culture where the whole team wins together.
This is a coaching-first leadership role. You will work closely with our Estheticians and RNs to elevate how they guide clients through consultations, present treatment plans, and nurture long-term client relationships. You will also manage and develop our front-desk Spa Coordinators, ensuring every client touchpoint — from the first phone call to the post-treatment follow-up — reflects our brand's quality. You will float between both locations, bringing structure, feedback, and momentum to every shift.
THE OPPORTUNITY
You are joining a medical spa built around the La Spezia Method — a signature Italian aesthetic technique brought to Luna Allure by our Aesthetics Director, Jo Ann Cilona, who trained for over 15 years on the Northern Italian coast. Every treatment we offer is rooted in this methodology, and it's what sets us apart from every other med spa in the market. Our Estheticians deliver advanced treatments that produce visible, measurable results — and present customized treatment plans ranging from $1,000 to $7,500.
You will lead and develop a team of 7–8 Spa Coordinators and 7–10 Estheticians and Nurses across two high-volume locations that are open seven days a week. Our front desk generates hundreds of outbound client calls every day, booking introductory treatments for clients who found us through social media and Google. The scale of this operation is larger than most med spas in the region — and it needs a coach who can match that energy.
Your role is to improve every part of that client journey. You’ll coach Estheticians to deliver consultations that build trust, present plans with confidence, and guide clients into ongoing treatment relationships that address all of their concerns — not just one visit, but a complete skin transformation over time. You’ll ensure the front-desk team books with quality and warmth. And you’ll create a feedback loop that drives continuous improvement across the entire team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Elevate Client Consultations & Nurture Long-Term Relationships
- Work alongside our Estheticians to strengthen how they guide clients through the consultation process — from the initial skin analysis to the treatment plan presentation. Coach them to lead with the right questions, understand the client's concerns and goals first, and let the recommendation flow naturally from that conversation. Help them communicate value clearly, address pricing questions naturally, and present $1,000–$7,500 treatment packages with genuine confidence.
- Coach the team to think beyond the first sale. The strongest results — both clinically and financially — come when clients commit to treatment plans that address all of their skin concerns over time. Following the client journey framework taught by leaders like Shelby Sapp, you'll teach Estheticians how to build trust, nurture the relationship visit after visit, and naturally guide clients into additional plans as they see results and want to do more.
- Conduct post-consultation coaching sessions using recorded consultations — the same way elite coaches review game film with their athletes. Celebrate what went well. Identify one or two areas to improve. Build skills session by session, not through criticism.
- As we bring Registered Nurses onto the team for injectables, help them integrate treatment recommendations and service upgrades into their patient consultations seamlessly.
Coach & Develop the Front-Desk Team
- Manage and mentor 3–4 Spa Coordinators per location. Set daily booking targets, monitor call quality, and provide hands-on coaching on scripts, objection handling, and deposit-securing techniques.
- Run weekly team workshops focused on skill-building: role-play exercises, call reviews, and group problem-solving sessions that sharpen the entire team's performance.
- Track booking metrics daily. When something dips, you identify the root cause and coach through it the same day.
Supervise Daily Sales Operations
- Oversee the daily rhythm of both locations' sales activity: morning booking blocks, coordinator performance, esthetician consultation flow, and end-of-day reporting.
- Ensure team members are following established scripts, protocols, and service standards. Address issues directly and constructively.
- Provide input on hiring, performance reviews, and team development decisions. Your observations and recommendations carry real weight with leadership.
Drive New Business Through Events & Partnerships
- Plan and execute monthly sales events: VIP open houses, new-treatment launch nights, referral appreciation evenings, and seasonal promotions.
- Build relationships with local businesses — high-end salons, fitness studios, luxury real estate offices, wedding planners, and medical practices — to create referral pipelines.
- Collaborate with our marketing team on campaigns and offers that bring qualified new clients through the door.
Own the Numbers
- Track and report weekly: booking conversion rates, consultation close rates, average package value, rebook rates, and revenue per provider.
- Present insights to leadership with context and recommendations — not just what happened, but why, and what we're adjusting.
WHO YOU ARE
- A natural coach. You've developed people before (teams of 6+) — trained new hires, improved underperformers, and built consistent habits in a team. You get genuine satisfaction from watching someone else succeed because of the guidance you provided.
- Detail-oriented about performance. You pay attention to conversion rates, call quality, and consultation outcomes the way a coach tracks their players' stats.
- Experienced with high-value, face-to-face service. You've worked in an environment where clients invest $1,000+ — whether in aesthetics, luxury retail, hospitality, wellness, real estate, or professional services. You understand that trust and education close high-ticket sales, not pressure.
- A student of great selling. You're familiar with — or excited to learn — the consultative, question-based, empathy-driven sales methodologies taught by leaders like Jeremy Miner, Chris Voss, Alex Hormozi, and Terri Ross. We take sales coaching seriously and invest in it.
- A strong communicator who leads through feedback. You know how to give honest, constructive feedback that people actually hear and act on. You create a loop: observe, coach, practice, improve, repeat.
- Hungry and growth-minded. You're not looking for a placeholder job. You want a career with a company that's growing fast.
- 3–7 years of management or team leadership experience (med spa, spa, salon, luxury retail, or hospitality preferred).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus.
