Marketing & Operations Coordinator

Location: Riverside, CA 92507
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $58,000–$72,000 per year (Depending on Experience)

The Chabad Jewish Community Center of Riverside is entering one of the most exciting periods in its history. With expanding programs, growing outreach to young families, college students, and young professionals, and ambitious plans for the future, we're looking for someone who wants to help shape what's next.

This is not a traditional administrative position.

You'll work directly with leadership to strengthen our marketing, coordinate community events, improve operations, implement AI and new technology, and help bring innovative ideas to life.

We're especially excited to meet someone who enjoys leveraging technology, automation, and AI to improve communication, streamline operations, and help organizations grow.

What You'll Do

Marketing & Communications

Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social media, email, print, and web
Create engaging content that promotes programs, events, and community initiatives
Design newsletters, promotional materials, flyers, and event publicity
Update website content
Assist with photography and video content
Help attract new families, students, and community members

Event Planning

Coordinate community events from planning through execution
Manage event logistics, décor, vendors, volunteers, setup, and cleanup
Help create welcoming, memorable experiences for our community

Technology & Innovation

Research, implement, and leverage AI tools, automation, and emerging technology
Develop smarter systems and workflows throughout the organization
Recommend innovative ways to improve efficiency and communication
Manage projects from concept through completion
Help leadership launch new initiatives

Organizational Operations

Help oversee the daily operations of our community center
Coordinate vendors and service providers
Maintain inventory of office, event, and program supplies
Manage organizational logistics and administrative filings
Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional environment

Finance Support

Prepare bank deposits
Pay bills and track payments
Support bookkeeping and QuickBooks reporting
