About Latitude Food Allergy Care

Latitude Food Allergy Care is the leading network of clinics providing life-changing testing and treatment, including oral immunotherapy (OIT), to help families with food allergies live more freely. Latitude was founded in 2018 by food allergy parents in partnership with world-renowned researchers to provide an exceptional patient experience specifically designed for the needs of food allergy patients of all ages. Led by board-certified allergists, Latitude has provided evidence-based solutions like OIT to more than 11,000 patients with single and multiple food allergies, including those with the most severe food allergies.

Latitude currently has 13 clinics — four in Northern California, four in NYC, and five in Southern California — and is continuing to expand across the country.

Role

Latitude offers hospitality-minded, concierge-level care—setting the bar for what patient-centered service should feel like. We're looking for someone who embodies this standard and brings a second superpower to the table: phlebotomy. In this role you'll own the front office and patient experience while also being the calm, skilled hand patients trust for their blood draws. Responsibilities

Phlebotomy and Clinical Support: Perform blood draws with skill and compassion for patients of all ages, including pediatric patients, helping anxious patients feel safe and cared for. Label and handle specimens accurately and follow all safety and handling protocols.
Provide Hospitality-Minded, Patient-Centric Care: Provide an exceptional experience for our patients and their families, ensuring they feel valued at every interaction. Uphold Latitude's reputation by consistently delivering outstanding service and maintaining high patient survey scores.
Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, setting a welcoming atmosphere and managing office amenities.
Exceptional Patient Communication: Proactively build relationships and personalize patient care, guiding families through their allergy care journey.
Appointment and Schedule Management: Proactively confirm and manage patient appointments, maintain detailed records in Epic and Salesforce, and achieve clinic financial goals.
Administrative Excellence: Manage patient forms, handle billing, order supplies, operate multi-line phone systems, enter data accurately, and maintain meticulous records.
Project Management: Own your projects from start to finish with diligence and thoroughness.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or GED required.
Phlebotomy certification and hands-on phlebotomy experience with pediatric population required.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare administrative role.
Familiarity with AdvancedMD medical software and data entry preferred.

Schedule

40 hours; Monday - Friday
Hours: Monday & Tuesday: 10 AM - 6:30 PM; Wednesday & Thursday: 7 AM - 4 PM; Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
