Full Job Description

We are looking for a Regional Director of Operations to oversee our Communities!

As a Regional Director of Operations, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing the operations of our senior living communities within a designated region. This position requires a dynamic and experienced professional who is passionate about providing exceptional care and creating a supportive environment for our residents.

Responsibilities:

Provide visionary leadership to ensure the overall success and growth of the senior living communities within the region.
Monitor financial performance, review financial reports, and take appropriate actions to achieve budgetary goals and control expenses.
Overseeing and providing support for all services at communities in your region including licensing issues, resident care, HR, accounting, dietary and customer service.
Ensure that all senior living communities maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Experience:

3 years of experience as Senior Living Executive Director or related Administrator.
Experience in reading and interpreting financial statements.
Managing budget.
Proven success track record managing high volume senior living communities.
Ability to travel within the designated region as required.
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, gerontology, business, or related field preferred.
