The Medical Surgical Telemetry Nursing Leader will oversee a dynamic telemetry and medical-surgical unit spanning two floors, including one 48-bed unit and one 10-bed unit. This fast-paced environment provides care to a diverse patient population requiring cardiac monitoring and acute medical management. As an Assistant Nurse Manager Telemetry Med Surg, you will help drive clinical excellence, patient safety and operational efficiency across both units. The unit is supported by modern equipment and strong interdisciplinary collaboration, ensuring high-quality outcomes. This is a great opportunity to lead within a well-structured and high-acuity setting.

Reporting directly to the Nurse Manager of Telemetry Med Surg will play a key leadership role supporting a team of approximately 160 FTEs. This includes mentoring nurses, coordinating staffing, and ensuring best practices are upheld across the department. The RN Telemetry Unit Assistant Manager will work alongside a dedicated and diverse team of healthcare professionals who foster a supportive and collaborative culture. With strong leadership support, this role offers the chance to grow management skills while maintaining close connections with frontline staff.
