Shifts Available: AM (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM); PM (3:00 PM to 11:30 PM); NOC (11:00 PM to 7:30 AM)

Your Role as a CNA

At Bella Vista Health Center, CNAs are vital members of our team. Your responsibilities will include:

Monitoring Vital Signs

Accurately record and report residents’ vital signs to support their care plans.

Supporting Daily Living Activities

Assist residents with daily personal care, including bathing, dressing, eating, and grooming.

Charting & Documentation

Maintain precise and timely records of care provided and changes in residents’ conditions.

Reporting to Nursing Staff

Work closely with nurses by communicating resident updates and ensuring continuity of care.

Mobility Assistance

Help residents safely transfer between beds, wheelchairs, and other locations to maintain their comfort and safety.

What We're Looking For

To be considered, you must meet the following requirements:

Active California CNA License
Current CPR Certification
Vaccination & Boosters (recommended)
Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Compassionate, Professional, and Respectful Attitude
Problem Solving & Critical Thinking Abilities
