Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression at all times
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally
Handle scheduling, calendar management, and appointment setting using productivity software and Google Workspace tools
Perform data entry, maintain filing systems, and update spreadsheets accurately with high attention to detail
Assist with office management tasks such as supply inventory, document proofreading, and record keeping
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously via phone or in person
Support clerical duties including word processing, faxing, copying, and maintaining organized files

Experience

Proven office experience with strong computer literacy across Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace
Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is a plus for handling basic financial tasks
Experience in customer service or front desk roles within medical or dental settings is highly desirable
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal communication skills with professional phone etiquette and client interaction experience
Bilingual abilities are advantageous for supporting diverse client needs
Prior administrative or clerical experience involving data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management is preferred
