Part-Time | 20–25 Hours Per Week | Flexible Schedule

We're looking for an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our elite team at Aesthetica Med Spa. If you're passionate about delivering beautiful, natural results with injectables and thrive in a high-end, patient-focused environment, this is your opportunity to shine.

Position: Part-Time Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Location: San Diego, CA 92103
Compensation: $80–$100 per hour DOE + performance incentives
Schedule: Flexible | Day, Evening & Saturday availability preferred

What You'll Do

Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations
Develop customized treatment plans based on patient goals
Administer cosmetic injectable treatments including Botox®, Dysport®, Xeomin®, Dermal Fillers, Sculptra®, Radiesse®, and Kybella®
Educate patients on treatment options, skincare, and post-treatment care
Maintain accurate medical documentation and treatment records
Uphold the highest standards of patient safety and clinical excellence
Build long-term patient relationships through exceptional service and outcomes
Collaborate with the medical team to ensure optimal patient care

Requirements

Active California Nurse Practitioner License (Required)
Minimum 3 years of aesthetic injecting experience (Required)
Extensive experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers
Strong understanding of facial anatomy and full-face assessment
Experience with Allergan and Galderma product lines preferred
Excellent communication and consultation skills
Professional, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Strong sales, treatment planning, and patient conversion skills
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Dependable, organized, and punctual

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is passionate about aesthetics, delivers natural-looking results, values patient education, and is committed to providing a luxury-level experience. An existing patient following is a plus but not required.
