Full Job Description

**Company Description:**

Our collision centers are a rapidly growing automotive service provider, committed to delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality vehicle repairs at their first-class facility. We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in accurately assessing vehicle damage, estimating repair costs, and ensuring a seamless experience for our valued customers.

**Job Summary:**

As an Estimator, you will be responsible for evaluating the extent of damage to vehicles and providing accurate repair estimates. Your expertise will ensure that our customers receive comprehensive and transparent estimates, facilitating a smooth repair process. To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of estimating practices, proficiency with CCOne software, knowledge of DRP programs for State Farm and AAA, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to determine repair requirements.

- Accurately estimate repair costs, considering labor, parts, and materials.

- Utilize CC One management system to create detailed and itemized repair estimates.

- Understand the DRP (Direct Repair Program) requirements for State Farm and AAA.

- Collaborate with our team of technicians, parts specialists, and customer service representatives.

- Maintain open communication with insurance companies and adjusters.

- Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

- Keep detailed records and documentation of all estimates and interactions.

- Maintain an organized workspace and manage workload efficiently.

- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

**Qualifications:**

- 1-5 years of experience in vehicle estimating.

- Proficiency with CC One management system.

- In-depth knowledge of DRP programs for State Farm and AAA.

- Strong teamwork and communication skills.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

- Commitment to quality, accuracy, and meeting deadlines.
