This role is integral to supporting over 100 units, ensuring an exceptional leasing experience for prospective residents while fostering a positive community atmosphere. What You’ll Do:

Welcome prospective residents, conduct property tours, and guide them through the application, screening, and move-in processes.
Market available units, maintain leasing materials, and update online listings to attract high-quality applicants.
Support resident retention by addressing questions and concerns with professionalism and care.
Maintain accurate records of leasing activity and resident information in Yardi property management software.
Collaborate with the property management team to ensure units are rent-ready and meet high standards of cleanliness and quality.

What We’re Looking For:

At least 2 years of leasing, preferably in multifamily property management.
Familiarity with Yardi software and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first approach.
A proactive problem-solver dedicated to creating a welcoming and vibrant community for residents.
