Our end-to-end manufacturing and engineering capabilities include:

PCB Assembly: Surface mount, through-hole, and high-density, multilayer board assembly.
Cable and Harness Assembly: Precision wiring builds for signal, data, and power applications.
Box-Build Assembly: Turnkey, full-system electromechanical integration and functional testing.
NPI & Product Development: Design support, prototyping, and scaling for commercialization.

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across designated territories. This pivotal role involves developing strategic sales plans, finding and nurturing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth through innovative B2B sales strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) Sales, with exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record as a BD Sales Hunter. Join us to empower Technology Companies, Start-ups and OEM's with our cutting-edge contract manufacturing services and solutions while advancing your career in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and you individual budget
Conduct engaging technical sales presentations tailored to client needs
Bring in RFQ's and negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure favorable agreements while maintaining customer satisfaction
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and ensuring ongoing support for product adoption, support the program management team when needed
Organize and deliver compelling company overview using Microsoft PowerPoint and face to face meetings.
Proven success in B2B sales within the Electronics Manufacturing Services industry with a focus on the diverse selection of OEM's in your teritory
Ideally you will have an Technical sales background and some exposure to Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) or adjacent Engineering or disctibution services, with demonstrated leadership experience managing your day to day activities
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals effectively
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly and persuasively
Proficiency in analysis skills to interpret market data, sales metrics, and customer insights
Experience in account management, building long-term client relationships that drive repeat business
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for reporting and presentations
Ability to prepare detailed reports using Microsoft Word and Excel and importantly maintain the companies CRM with all client data for management review
