Full Job Description

We are looking for qualified individuals who have worked in Dental Clinics
and have experienced in Dental billing procedures and processing
insurance claims for Dental provider.

Position: Dental Biller

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for Dental client and patient data input necessary for documentation,
processing and filling of claim form or electronic billing and insurance claims on
Worker's Compensation, Commercial, BCBS and Government Insurance.

Collection follow-up, reimbursements, encode patients profile and charge slip or
superbill pick-up.

Scheduling and making appointments for pre-set paramedical examinations, ( Extra
job assignment for back-up only).

Communicate with life insurance agents and health providers to complete the
information and documentation necessary to meet their requirements and process
the task.

Designate case or work order assignment to phlebotomist / field examiner and
monitor the progress of the assigned task for completion. ( Extra job assignment for
back-up only).

Qualifications:

Must have a Dental degree or certificate in medical assistant, medical billing or
coding.

Must have at least 1 year minimum experience on dental billing or coding
procedures.

Must know how to process insurance claims on paper claims and electronic claims,
make reimbursement and soft strategies on collection follow-up.

Must be knowledgeable on dental benefits on different insurance carriers and
government health agencies.

Must have knowledge on how to operate and use computers and software
applications on Medisoft, Alta vista, Dr. Leonard or any medical billing softwares.

Must be proficient and have good communication skill, tact and dependable in all
areas of responsibilities.

Must be able to meet the above duties and responsibilities with excellence and high
level of expectation.

Must be able to drive with drivers license and have means of transportation, in
cases we need to pick-up charge slip and superbill on provider's office or clinic.

Must be willing to work in a full-time, part-time or on call basis. And may be required
to work on weekdays and holidays as may be deemed necessary.

Must posses good attitude, good human interaction, good human relationship and
willing to accept new challenges and complete the task whenever possible.

Must be able to type at least 35-45 wpm and have knowledge on use and
application of MS office suite.
