Full Job Description

Job Summary

Optico Fiber is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to promote and sell residential internet products and services primarily through telephone-based sales.

The main focus of this position is to manage inbound and outbound calls, contact prospective customers, follow up on assigned leads, identify customer needs, present available service options, overcome objections, and close sales over the phone.

The ideal candidate must be comfortable spending most of the workday communicating with customers by telephone and consistently working toward individual and departmental sales, conversion, and productivity goals.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell Optico Fiber residential internet products and services primarily by telephone.
Respond to customers who call requesting information about products, pricing, promotions, and service availability.
Generate sales opportunities through cold calling, lead lists, referrals, email follow-ups, and marketing campaigns.
Clearly explain product features, pricing, promotions, installation processes, and terms of service.
Handle objections, negotiate appropriate sales terms, and close new accounts over the phone.
Conduct timely and consistent follow-up calls to increase lead conversion.
Meet or exceed established call volume, sales, conversion, productivity, and revenue targets.
Participate occasionally in marketing events or promotional activities when operationally required.
Perform other sales-related responsibilities that contribute to customer acquisition and company growth.

Qualifications and Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in telephone sales, telesales, telemarketing, inside sales, customer service, or a call center environment.
Proven ability to sell, persuade, handle objections, and close transactions over the phone.
Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
Strong verbal communication, active listening, persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills. Clear and professional telephone presence.
Goal-oriented and capable of working under established sales targets and operational priorities.
Ability to convert customer inquiries and assigned leads into completed sales.
Intermediate computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple sales opportunities.
Availability to work full-time from the assigned office location.
