Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Executive Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives and expand our market presence. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a high-performing sales team, develop strategic business opportunities, and foster strong relationships with clients across various industries. Your expertise in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, and management will be essential in driving revenue growth and elevating our brand reputation. Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets through effective management and coaching.
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies focused on expanding our client base across diverse markets.
Identify new business opportunities by conducting market analysis, prospecting potential clients, and leveraging industry networks.
Manage key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth through proactive account management practices.
Collaborate with management team to design campaigns that promote our technological solutions and enhance brand visibility.
Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, analyze performance metrics, and forecast future growth.
Negotiate contracts and proposals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals.
Develop sales budgets, track expenses, and manage resources, including monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts.
Prepare regular reports on the sales team's performance and present them to senior management, including metrics and recommendations for improvement.
Create an open communication environment for your team, encouraging the exchange of ideas and effective problem-solving.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required. (minimum)
5-7+ years of direct sales, business development, or sales leadership experience with 3 years leading sales department within pharmaceutical, manufacturing, medical equipment, and industrial equipment industries.
Fully bilingual - Oral and Writting (English / Spanish)
Proven experience in sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a B2B environment.
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and navigate enterprise software and tech-oriented (e.g., CRM, ERP, Office or project management tools).
Demonstrated management skills with the ability to lead, develop, and inspire a sales team effectively.
Analytical Driven person for analyzing data to support business decision-making.
Deep understanding and experience in the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, medical equipment, and industrial equipment industries, technical products, or related industries is highly desirable.
Proficiency with CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and analyzing data.
Excellent negotiation skills combined with strategic thinking to close deals successfully.
Strong business development capabilities with the ability to identify opportunities and convert prospects into long-term clients.
Exceptional analysis skills for interpreting market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
Outstanding leadership qualities paired with excellent customer service orientation to foster positive client relationships.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
