Full Job Description

Front desk agents welcome guests, accept payment, check in and issue room keys at our Hilton property. Computerized system.

Very friendly, helpful attitude a must. Nice ambience and appealing facility.

Sales oriented personality with team leadership skills

Timings: open 7 days a week. Full time 40 hours a week. 8 hour shifts..

(Mixed Shifts, 5 days a week could include two or three afternoon or night)

Hotel industry experience . Need minimum two continuousyears recent steady employment at one job. Need stable , career minded candidates who want to grow in hotel industry.

Good experience, references, communicationand training skills, will be strongly evaluated .

Position offers annual vacations, very attractive hotel discounts for employees. Will train deserving candidates if some experienced in hotel industry, but retail cashiering experience, hotel operations, credit card and point sale computer system experience and housekeeping knowledge essential . Supervisory background needed.

Front desk receptionists/ agents:

Checking guests in on point of sale computer system. Accepting and processing credit cards, making and managing reservations, professional, helpful and friendly attitude a must.

Ability to multi task, be proficient with computers, understand and send reports. Organized and maintain clean environment in reception and lobby area.

Team spirit, reliability and hotel or front desk similar retail experience helpful.

Growth opportunities, learning, very pleasant and nice ambience and setting.
