We’re looking for a sales-driven relationship builder who knows how to turn conversations into opportunities and opportunities into revenue.If you understand Austin, know your way around catering, banquets, hospitality, or events, and get energized by building a pipeline, winning new business, and closing deals, we want to talk.

This is a sales role first. Hospitality experience is a major plus, but what matters most is your ability to prospect, build relationships, uncover opportunities, and consistently drive revenue. We are looking specifically for candidates who are from Austin and have sales experience in the Austin market.

What You’ll Own

Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from prospecting through close
Hunt for new business across corporate accounts, event planners, venues, organizations, and other high-value partners
Generate leads through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship development
Qualify opportunities and move prospects through the full sales cycle
Conduct discovery, identify client needs, and develop solutions that win business
Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, handle objections, and close
Grow existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, repeat business, and referrals
Maintain strong CRM discipline, including pipeline activity, follow-ups, forecasting, and next stepsBuild a strong network within the Austin business, hospitality, catering, and events community
Partner with operations to make sure what we sell can be executed at a high level
Own your number and consistently work toward monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets

What We’re Looking For

You may come from catering sales, banquet sales, hotel sales, event sales, hospitality, venue sales, restaurant sales, or B2B business development.

More importantly, you

Have a hunter mentality and aren't waiting for leads to land in your inbox
Know how to build a territory and create your own opportunities
Understand pipeline management, conversion, average deal value, sales activity, and revenue goals
Are comfortable making calls, sending outbound emails, networking, and asking for the business
Can build credibility quickly with decision-makers
Know how to sell value instead of discounting on priceAre persistent with follow-up without becoming transactional
Can confidently move a deal toward a decision and ask for the close
Are organized, accountable, and comfortable being measured against results
Know the Austin market or can build a strong local network quickly
