Full Job Description

Job Overview, We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented dental office with minimum of 5 years experience Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to our dentall office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. The successful applicant will have experience in dental administrative support and be proficient in medical records management, financial management, and office management.

Responsibilities

- Experience with Dentrix software and HMO is MUST

-Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date dental records and patient information.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting patients and visitors, and answering phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, surgeries, and other medical procedures.
- Assist with dental management and billing processes.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Assist with financial management, including budgeting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and performing data entry.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

-High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Experience in dental office front desk.
- Proficiency in medical records management and medical management.
- Strong knowledge of financial management and fiscal management principles.
- Experience with Dentrix software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $27.00 per hour
