SVOM Training Facilitator (Contract)

Location: Walnut Creek, CA (Hybrid)
Duration: 12-month renewable contract

We are seeking an experienced SVOM Training Facilitator to support the rollout of a new Salesforce-based Single View of the Member (SVOM) platform. This role is ideal for a dynamic trainer with experience delivering technical software training and facilitating engaging virtual instructor-led sessions.

Responsibilities:

Participate in Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions to master SVOM workflows.
Deliver engaging virtual and in-person training sessions.
Develop and update training materials, facilitator guides, and job aids.
Host virtual office hours and Q&A sessions to support user adoption.
Gather learner feedback and collaborate with project teams to improve training content.
Partner with Salesforce SMEs and Learning & Development teams throughout the implementation.

Qualifications:

Technical Facilitation Expertise: Proven experience facilitating technical software training (Salesforce or CRM integration experience highly preferred).
Virtual Classroom Mastery: Expert-level command of virtual classroom tools (Zoom and Google Meet).
Salesforce training: Knowledge and experience in facilitating Salesforce CRM training
Technical Aptitude: Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly deconstruct complex operational workflows into digestible training steps.
Instructional Asset Refinement: Proficiency in modifying and refining instructional presentation decks (MS PowerPoint / Google Slides).
Communication & Feedback Management: Excellent communication skills with a track record of handling real-time learner feedback and calling out programmatic risks professionally.
Strategic Execution: Proven capability to formulate overarching training strategies while remaining actively involved in content development and facilitation.
Professional Demeanor: Strong business acumen, professionalism, and advanced facilitation and presentation skills.

Pay: $90.00 - $95.00 per hour

Experience:

recent Salesforce CRM: 2 years (Required)

Ability to Relocate:
