Job Overview

Join our vibrant boutique hotel team as a Guest Services Agent, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this dynamic role, you will be the welcoming face of our property, ensuring every guest feels valued, comfortable, and well-cared-for from check-in to check-out. Your exceptional customer service skills and hospitality expertise will help foster a warm, inviting atmosphere that keeps guests returning time and again. Exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills while delivering outstanding guest relations in a lively, boutique setting.

Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience
Manage guest inquiries via phone and in person with clear, courteous communication using proper phone etiquette
Handle reservations efficiently through hospitality reservation systems or property management systems (PMS)
Assist guests with their needs, including room changes, special requests, and local recommendations to enhance their stay
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and facilities meet high standards of cleanliness and comfort
Respond promptly to guest concerns or complaints, applying customer service problem-solving skills to resolve issues effectively
Conduct night audits when required, balancing accounts and ensuring accurate financial records for the hotel’s daily operations

Requirements

Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk roles within hotels or resorts
Strong knowledge of hotel management systems such as OPERA or similar property management software (PMS)
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and personalized service delivery
Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest safety at all times
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
Exceptional phone communication skills and proper phone etiquette for client communication
Previous experience working in resort environments or boutique hotels is preferred but not required
