As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced, polished, and service-focused Medical Aesthetician to join our highly skilled clinical team in a unique hybrid role.
This position is ideal for an aesthetician who enjoys building meaningful relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and becoming an integral part of a thriving medical aesthetics practice while gradually developing their own patient schedule. Initially, this role will focus primarily on Client Concierge and Patient Coordinator responsibilities, ensuring an outstanding patient experience while supporting the daily operations of the practice. As your patient base and treatment schedule grow, your responsibilities will progressively transition toward providing advanced aesthetic treatments with the opportunity to build a successful clinical practice within Fresh Medical Aesthetics.

Position Summary
The Medical Aesthetician / Client Concierge plays an essential role in creating the exceptional experience that defines Fresh Medical Aesthetics. During the initial phase of employment, this position will primarily focus on front-of-house concierge responsibilities, serving as the first point of contact for our patients while ensuring every interaction reflects the elevated level of service our practice is known for.
Responsibilities include welcoming patients, coordinating appointments, supporting providers, assisting with pre-treatment preparation, educating patients on treatments and skincare, and helping create a seamless luxury experience from arrival through follow-up.
As patient demand for aesthetic services increases, this role offers the unique opportunity to progressively expand clinical responsibilities by performing advanced skincare treatments, building long-term patient relationships, and developing a successful aesthetic practice within our clinic.
Working alongside our highly skilled medical providers, you will help deliver safe, effective, evidence-based aesthetic care while contributing to exceptional patient outcomes, strong patient retention, and the continued growth of our practice.
Schedule
- Initially a temporary, part-time position (24 hours per week) with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position as your patient schedule grows and business needs evolve.

Primary Responsibilities: Client Concierge & Patient Experience
Initially, this position will primarily focus on concierge and patient coordinator responsibilities, including:
- Welcome every patient with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
- Deliver a seamless concierge-level experience from check-in through checkout.
- Schedule appointments while coordinating multiple provider schedules.
- Answer phone calls, text messages, emails, and online inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
- Educate patients on treatments, medical-grade skincare, financing options, and promotions.
- Assist with retail skincare recommendations and product sales.
- Coordinate appointment confirmations, follow-up communications, and patient retention initiatives.
- Assist with pre-treatment health questionnaires and patient paperwork.
- Maintain a polished reception area that reflects our luxury brand.
- Support daily practice operations, inventory management, treatment room preparation, sterilization, and administrative responsibilities.
- Participate in marketing initiatives, social media content creation, educational events, and special promotions.
- Attend staff meetings and continuing education programs.
- Work collaboratively with providers and team members to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
Clinical Responsibilities
As your treatment schedule develops, responsibilities will progressively expand to include:
- Perform comprehensive skin consultations and VISIA® Skin Analysis.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's goals and skin condition.
- Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including:
- Customized medical facials
- DiamondGlow®/microdermabrasion
- Medical-grade chemical peels
- Dermaplaning
- Microneedling/CIT
- Waxing and brow services including tinting and lamination
- Laser hair removal
- Educate patients on treatment recommendations, expected outcomes, and personalized home skincare regimens.
- Recommend medical-grade skincare products that support long-term treatment outcomes.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, treatment photography, treatment notes, and consent forms.
- Ensure treatment rooms and equipment meet OSHA, infection control, and safety standards.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, products, and advanced treatment protocols.
Qualifications Required
- Current Massachusetts Esthetician License.
- Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, aesthetic treatments, and medical-grade skincare.
- Excellent consultation, communication, and customer service skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Professional, polished demeanor with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury medical practice.
- Passion for continuing education and professional growth.
- A genuine desire to provide concierge-level patient care while helping grow a thriving aesthetic practice.
Preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a medical aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery practice.
- Experience with advanced energy-based devices and laser platforms, including laser hair removal.
- Experience performing DiamondGlow®, microneedling, and advanced chemical peels.
- Established clientele or demonstrated history of exceptional patient retention and relationship building.
- Strong retail skincare sales and consultation experience.
- Active participation in continuing education and advanced aesthetic training.
- Passion for aesthetics, innovation, and delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
