Director of Growth Marketing

About the Position: Director of Growth Marketing

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on marketing leader to take ownership of Marksmen’s marketing and growth.Your primary responsibility is simple:

Help Marksmen generate more qualified business opportunities and revenue.

This role requires someone who can both develop strategy and execute it. You will create campaigns, write copy, develop offers, analyze results, use marketing technology, and ensure initiatives actually get launched.

We want someone constantly asking: What is working? What is generating opportunities and revenue? What should we test next?

This position reports directly to the CEO and will have significant influence on the company’s growth.

This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) working from our Alpine, Utah office. Work hours are 8 am to 5 pm with a one-hour lunch break.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute Marksmen’s marketing and growth strategy, focused on generating qualified opportunities, pipeline, and revenue
Create compelling campaigns, positioning, messaging, offers, and content for our target audiences
Grow existing client relationships through cross-selling, reactivation, and targeted marketing programs
Turn Marksmen’s expertise, case history, and data into effective thought leadership and marketing
Develop and launch campaigns for new services, continually testing messaging, audiences, and channels
Manage CRM, marketing automation, outside resources, and performance metrics
Proactively identify growth opportunities, bring ideas to leadership, and take ownership of marketing results

What Success Looks Like

Create visible momentum quickly.
Within your first several months, understand our customers and services, identify the highest-potential growth opportunities, launch targeted campaigns, improve existing- and former-client marketing, and establish clear performance metrics.
Generate measurable engagement and qualified opportunities, with growing pipeline as campaigns gain traction.
Most importantly, become the person bringing growth ideas to the company rather than waiting for the company to bring marketing ideas to you.

Required Experience & Skills

Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of professional marketing experience, including significant B2B experience
Demonstrated success generating qualified leads, pipeline, or revenue through marketing
Experience marketing professional services or another sophisticated B2B offering strongly preferred
Exceptional copywriting, communication, and campaign-development skills
Strong understanding of demand generation, CRM, email, content, digital marketing, automation, segmentation, and AI tools
Ability to use data to measure performance, improve results, and make sound business decisions
Proven ability to independently identify opportunities, take initiative, manage multiple priorities, and work directly with senior leadership
Ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality or attention to detail. Please include the word Arrow in your cover letter.
