Full Job Description

Rosallie Le French Café is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Baker to join our team. We are a high-volume, French-inspired café known for our beautiful pastries, elevated brunch offerings, and warm, welcoming atmosphere.

This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and values consistency and presentation.

IMPORTANT AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENT:
Candidates must be available to work early mornings and weekends. This availability is non-negotiable and is an essential requirement for the position.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, breads, and café items daily.
Follow recipes and production schedules with precision and consistency.
Ensure all baked goods meet Rosallie’s quality and presentation standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and baking stations.
Properly store ingredients and manage inventory levels.
Assist in developing seasonal or specialty items when needed.
Work efficiently to meet high-volume demands, especially during peak brunch hours.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Baker or Pastry Cook preferred.
Strong understanding of baking techniques, measurements, and food safety.
Must have early-morning and weekend availability — non-negotiable.
Holiday availability may be required based on business needs.
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
Passion for hospitality and creating beautiful, high-quality products.
