Job Title: Client & Project Coordinator

Job Overview

Stone Top Granite is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Client & Project Coordinator to join our team in Sanford, NC. Established in 2004, we are committed to delivering premium granite, quartz, and stone solutions with fast turnaround times to homeowners, residential builders, and remodel contractors across the region. In this hybrid role, you will be the operational backbone of our showroom. You will blend office administration, high-touch customer service, and end-to-end project coordination to ensure seamless project delivery from the initial consultation to final installation.

Key Responsibilities - Customer Service, Estimating, Project Co-ordination and Scheduling

Financial Estimating: Use Industry Specific Software for preparing price estimates based on customer provided kitchen dimensions, stone and sink selection
Data Integrity: Input and manage customer data, project notes, and communications within the company CRM.
Outbound Administration: Execute and monitor structured email campaigns to follow up on open quotes and re-engage repeat B2B accounts.
Office Operations: Manage incoming phone calls, route emails, and maintain an organized, welcoming showroom environment.
Customer Service & Design Guidance
Client Onboarding: Greet walk-ins, answer inquiries, and guide homeowners and contractors through our selection process.
Product Consultation: Educate clients on stone variations, edge profiles, layout options, and sink selections to match their project needs.
Account Retention: Actively communicate with repeat clients—including builders, designers, and contractors—to foster long-term partnerships.
Inquiry Resolution: Serve as the primary, friendly point of contact to resolve client questions and provide proactive project updates.

Project Coordination & Scheduling

Workflow Scheduling: Coordinate and manage calendars for templates, fabrications, and final installations.
Lead Pipeline Management: Track incoming leads, moving them efficiently through the pipeline from initial contact to project completion.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Bridge the gap between clients, sales, and the installation team to ensure quick turnaround times.

Qualifications & Skills

Industry Experience: 1 year in an administrative, customer support, or project coordination role ideally (but not required) within the kitchen/bath design, home remodel, or construction industries.
Self Starter, motivated, and problem solver is Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe and general computer operations and software
Construction Math: Solid math skills required for pricing calculations, including working with fractions, angles, and dimensional measurements. Must be familiar with measuring tape measurements, fractions, and decimal conversions.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain clear, professional communication via phone and email.
Time Management: Exceptionally organized, self-motivated, and able to prioritize a dynamic workload with minimal supervision.
Local Knowledge: Familiarity with our local service markets (Sanford, Pittsboro, Apex, Holly Springs, Chapel Hill, Durham, Pinehurst, etc.) is a plus. Position Details
Type: Part-Time and position may require full time in the future
Compensation: Hourly base pay plus performance-based commissions / project bonuses

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
