The Director of Quality Improvement joins a nationally respected non profit healthcare organization recognized for clinical innovation, superior outcomes, and a deep commitment to patient-centered care. The Clinical Quality Executive will champion accreditation readiness, regulatory compliance, and measurable performance across CMS, Leapfrog, Vizient, and Joint Commission benchmarks. As the Healthcare Quality Leader, strategic collaboration with executive partners ensures a culture grounded in safety, transparency, and continuous advancement. This Quality Improvement Director will influence multiple service lines, strengthening evidence-based practices and operational excellence. Advanced technologies, research initiatives, and meaningful community engagement distinguish the Clinical Quality Director role as both prestigious and mission-driven .

The Healthcare Quality Administrator provides strategic oversight within a large 400+ bed full-service hospital delivering comprehensive acute care services across a broad spectrum of specialties. The Clinical Excellence Director aligns quality programs across high-acuity departments including surgical services, critical care, emergency medicine, women’s and children’s services, and medical-surgical units, promoting standardized best practices and regulatory excellence. As the System Director of Clinical Quality, leadership guides infection prevention, patient safety strategy, mortality reduction, and enterprise-wide performance metrics. Close collaboration with physicians, nursing leaders, and multidisciplinary hospital teams ensures seamless quality integration throughout inpatient and outpatient services. The Clinical Quality Director strengthens organizational reliability and elevates patient outcomes within a complex, high-volume hospital environment committed to innovation and clinical excellence.

The System Director of Quality reports to the CNO and collaborates closely with physician leaders, nursing administration, and the Director of Risk & Patient Safety. Serving as a peer within an integrated quality and safety leadership team, the Clinical Quality Executive shapes enterprise-wide improvement strategies. Core responsibilities include leading performance improvement initiatives, advancing eCQM reporting, mentoring quality specialists, and driving data-informed decision-making. The Healthcare Quality Leader champions survey readiness, root cause analysis, LEAN methodologies, and accountability structures across the system. Partnership with experienced nurses and a diverse interdisciplinary healthcare team fosters collaboration, engagement, and sustained excellence .
