Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional customer service while preparing and serving food and beverages in a lively, fast-paced environment. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities will ensure our guests have memorable experiences. Whether taking orders at the table or mixing drinks at the bar, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS.
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
Manage cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all service areas, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including fine dining options, beverages, and specialty cocktails.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any service issues quickly.
Assist with catering, banquet events, or nightclub service as needed to support various hospitality functions.
Uphold excellent customer service by engaging with guests professionally, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
Demonstrate effective time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations during busy hours.
Follow all food safety regulations and alcohol service laws to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.

Skills

Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings.
Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours.
Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
Experience with catering, banquet events, or brewing environments is a plus.
