Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in general dentistry and a passion for delivering comprehensive patient care.

Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics.
Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to maintain a safe clinical environment.
Collaborate with the dental team to deliver four-handed dentistry and ensure efficient workflow.
Educate patients on oral health maintenance, treatment options, and preventive care strategies.
Stay current with advancements in general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, orthodontics, oral surgery, endodontics, and implantology to enhance service quality.
Adhere to HIPAA regulations and state healthcare guidelines to protect patient confidentiality and ensure legal compliance.
Assist with dental fabrication processes and manage medical imaging procedures as needed.
Maintain detailed medical records and documentation of all treatments performed in accordance with healthcare diagnosis standards.

Requirements

Valid state license to practice dentistry with eligibility for licensure renewal.
Proven experience in general dentistry within a dental clinic or healthcare setting; prior experience in implantology or oral surgery is advantageous.
Knowledge of infection control practices, aseptic technique, and sterilization procedures.
Excellent client communication skills with the ability to explain complex procedures clearly and compassionately.
Ability to perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, dental implants, orthodontic procedures, and other advanced treatments confidently.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care while adhering to HIPAA regulations and state healthcare laws.
