Job Summary
Join our vibrant team as a Server and become the heart of an exceptional dining experience! In this energetic role, you will deliver outstanding customer service, expertly handle food and beverage orders, and create memorable moments for our guests. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and hospitality skills will ensure every guest feels welcomed, valued, and satisfied. Whether working in a lively nightclub setting or a fine dining environment, your positive attitude and dedication will shine through in every interaction.

Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements as a host/hostess when needed
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely and correct delivery
Provide personalized recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and presentation
Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables promptly, assisting with food preparation when necessary, and ensuring sanitation standards are met
Foster positive guest relations through attentive service, addressing questions or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction

Skills

Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order entry and payment processing
Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts
Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus for team versatility
Familiarity with serving in high-volume environments requiring quick thinking and adaptability
Craft beer knowledge preferred
