We are seeking a high-performing Telecom Channel Sales Manager to expand our indirect sales channels and drive revenue growth. Depending on your experience and expertise, you will join one of our growing business teams:

Team 1 – ENC MAX (UCaaS / Cloud PBX)

Build and grow a nationwide network of telecom agents, managed service providers (MSPs), IT resellers, and channel partners to deliver our cloud-based unified communications platform.

Team 2 – ENC Mobile (MVNO)

Develop and manage prepaid wireless dealers, distributors, MVNO partners, and retail channel relationships to expand our nationwide mobile service business.

As a Telecom Channel Sales Manager, you will:

Recruit, onboard, and develop new channel partners.

Drive revenue growth through indirect sales channels.

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.

Conduct partner presentations, sales meetings, and product demonstrations.

Collaborate with partners throughout the sales cycle—from prospecting to closing.

Negotiate commercial agreements and support contract execution.

Provide product training and ongoing sales enablement.

Work closely with technical, operations, and marketing teams to ensure partner success.

Track pipeline, forecasts, and sales performance using CRM tools.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in Channel Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or B2B Sales.

Telecommunications industry experience required.

Proven success achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Strong partner development and relationship management skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.

Valid U.S. driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:

Existing network of telecom agents, resellers, distributors, wireless dealers, MSPs, or technology partners.

Experience selling to SMB, mid-market, or enterprise customers.

Spanish language proficiency is a plus.

Chinese language proficiency is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

Total Compensation: $60,000 – $100,000 (Base + Commission)
