We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Guest Relations Agent to join our team. As a Guest Relations Agent, you will play a key role in providing outstanding customer service, managing reservations, handling sales, and ensuring guests have all the information they need to enjoy a memorable vacation experience. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, goal-oriented, and thrives in a team-based environment.

Summary: The Guest Relations Agent is responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to guests throughout their stay. This role manages guest communications, makes reservations and additional sales, and coordinates with internal departments and vendors to resolve issues related to property maintenance or guest concerns. The Guest Relations Agent plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable guest experience while supporting sales goals, maintaining operational accuracy, and fostering positive relationships with both guests and team members.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.

Monitor and reply to all guest communication via phone, text, chat, and email in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
Provides friendly, courteous service and follow up on all guest & reservations needs and requests
Provide guests with the requested information concerning the properties, rates, availability, the amenities and the surrounding area
Address any guest complaints or concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a focus on resolving issues quickly.
Take responsibility and ownership of guest situations, ensuring a satisfactory resolution while maintaining the company’s standards.
Agent must be effective in sales and customer service and adhere to the company’s sales and service philosophies
Actively sell travel insurance and bike rentals to guests, presenting these products as valuable additions to their experience.
Ensure guests are aware of available services and upsell where appropriate to enhance their stay.
Job duties will require outbound calls to guests and data entry of online reservations
Manages communications with 30A Escapes staff, vendors and guests to complete tasks as it relates to repairs and maintenance of a property. The goal is to complete in a timely manner providing the best experience possible for our guests and owners.
Assure daily tasks are completed to include, but not limited to, all balances are paid, all rental agreements are signed, all guests receive check in information, and provide prompt follow up and follow through to all customers, both internal and external.
Other duties as assigned

Experience:6+ months of related experience in a customer service, sales, or call center environment is preferred. However, we will consider a combination of education and experience that demonstrates a strong ability to perform the job’s duties.

Certificates & Licenses:
A valid Driver’s License is required.

Work Environment:
This position is based in a call center environment, with responsibilities that require regular
interaction with both internal teams and external guests. You will be expected to work a flexible schedule to accommodate guest needs and business demands. Reasonable accommodations can be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
