Full Job Description

We are a dental office that focuses on providing high quality comprehensive dental care to every patient. We are looking for the best and brightest Front Desk Coordinators who share our passion for serving our patients and community.

At A Glance:

$18-24 per hour
Eligible to earn daily bonus
Location: Miramar Beach, FL
5 day work week

Key Responsibilities

Welcome patients and ensure patient information is complete and up to date
Collect and process patient payments and insurance co-pays
Schedule patient appointments
Audit the patient record to prepare for future appointments
Complete end of day documents and audits
Oversee appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
Handle phone systems effectively, addressing inquiries and directing calls appropriately
Verify patient insurance benefits and eligibility.
Communicate with insurance companies to obtain plan coverage information.
Review and update patient records in practice management software.
Maintain organized documentation of insurance communications and verifications.
Stay updated on insurance policies, changes, and regulations.

Qualifications

1+ years SUPERIOR customer service experience
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with team members to provide exceptional patient care
Proficient with practice management software (Dentrix preferred)
Familiarity with dental terminology is a plus.
Knowledge of dental billing and coding practices
