High Point Innovations is seeking a motivated and people-focused Non-Profit Event Assistant to join our team in Tulsa, OK. We’re looking for someone who enjoys organizing activities, connecting with people, and bringing energy and professionalism to community-focused events.

As a Non-Profit Event Assistant, you’ll help coordinate charitable events and community outreach initiatives from preparation through completion. You’ll communicate with team members and attendees, help keep event activities organized, and contribute to an engaging experience for everyone involved.

What You'll Do as a Non-Profit Event Assistant

Coordinate event activities and assist with day-to-day event planning.
Help prepare schedules, materials, supplies, and event spaces.
Communicate with team members to keep event activities organized.
Welcome attendees and provide helpful information throughout events.
Support community outreach and charitable engagement activities.
Monitor event details and help resolve day-to-day needs.
Assist with post-event organization and follow-up activities.

What We're Looking For in a Non-Profit Event Assistant

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s or Associate's degree is a plus.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Comfortable managing multiple tasks in an active environment.
Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt as event needs change.
