Full Job Description

Job Title: Receptionist - American Sign Language (ASL) Required

Location: Tulsa, OK 74112 (working onsite)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Pay: $16.50 per hour

Job Overview: Join our team as an Office Clerk 3, where you'll use your organizational skills and attention to detail to support daily office operations. In this role, you'll provide administrative support and communicate effectively with customers and employees, including individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing, using American Sign Language (ASL) as needed. If you enjoy delivering excellent customer service in an inclusive, structured environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) (receptive and expressive communication) required.
1 to 2 years of experience using ASL in an office setting communicating with clients.
Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude are essential.
Basic computer skills, including working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Pleasant demeanor and strong phone etiquette.
Ability to answer phones, send messages, greet clients, and sort & distribute mail.
Must be able to work on-site at the Tulsa location.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Answer phones, take messages, and greet clients in a courteous manner.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members using ASL.
Sort and distribute incoming mail efficiently.
Maintain organized files and office supplies.
Support daily administrative operations to ensure office productivity.
Assist with additional clerical tasks as needed to support office functions.
