- Guaranteed Raise: Your pay increases from $12.50/hr to $13.50/hr as soon as you complete training and pass your certification review, typically within 2 to 4 weeks of your start date. Your certification review evaluates cleaning quality and consistency, punctuality, and reliability, and proper use of equipment and safety protocols.

We are hiring for both Full-Time (30–40 hrs/week) and Part-Time (15–29 hrs/week) roles.
- The Work: Cleaning residential homes and commercial offices.
- The Vibe: Fast-paced, detail-oriented, and tech-driven. You’ll work independently or in small teams of 1–2.
- Schedule: Flexible daily schedules with some night and weekend shifts available for commercial accounts.
What We’re Looking For
- Reliability: You must have a working smartphone (we use proprietary apps for efficiency) and reliable transportation to travel to job sites.
- Integrity: A good prior work history is a must. We perform background checks and drug testing (Note: We accommodate legal off-duty tobacco/marijuana usage, but maintaining a completely smoke-free, sober environment during work hours is strictly required.)
- Documentation: Please have a current Driver’s License and proof of insurance ready.
- Experience: Prior cleaning experience is helpful but not required—we provide full professional training!
Our 3-Step Hiring Process

- Phone Interview: Conducted by our Office Assistant.
- Cleaning Interview: Show us your skills on-site with one of our managers.
- Final Interview: A one-on-one meeting with management to discuss your fit within the company.
